Author's Product Rating: 50 Recommended: Yes

Pros: First-class engineering and ergonomics, smooth engine, responsive throttle, roominess, interior storage.
Cons: Noisy power windows, no traction control available on 4-cylinder models, no mp3 jack
The Bottom Line: Honda did the little things well, in addition to the big things. Everything feels just right, and the car is a pleasure to drive.

Back in May, I traded in my 2007 Subaru Legacy (see h ttp://www.epinions.com/content _328383106692 for my review) for a 2007 Honda Accord SE (4-cylinder). I’ve had the Accord for 5 months, and wanted to share my ... read more

Honda # 5 for me -Accord Sedan V6 NAV

by
Aug 14, 2007 (A Very Helpful review)

Author's Product Rating: 50 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Navigation System, Power, Reliability,
Cons: Gas mileage and no trunk net??? There was one in my '03 Accord V6 Coupe.
The Bottom Line: There is no reason to buy anything but an Accord if you need a Sedan. Ask an owner.

I bought one of the first ever Accord Coupe V6 NAV in '03 from my dealer. I had a friend that had a Mercedes S600 and the Honda NAV system was light years ahead, and still is in my opinion. I wanted 4 doors sort of and I was at the dealer for an oil ... read more

Aug 14, 2007 (A Helpful review)

Author's Product Rating: 40 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Smooth and refined, beautiful 6 spd manual shift, more power than 244hp rating suggests
Cons: soft handling, no MP3, no autoheadlights, no fog lights, michelin tires not very sporty
The Bottom Line: Do yourself a favor and at least test drive the accord before your final purchase..i'm glad i did !!

i only considered sedans with manual transmission so this limited my choices. i tested a V6 altima and V6 accord. I liked the altima but some things really bothered me about it - i don't like the exterior styling, brakes were mushy and unresponsive, ... read more

Cons: Exterior might not thrill some, mediocre stereo
The Bottom Line: With the 2008 model approaching quickly, you can't beat this combination of performance, quality, and price.

I'm sure the title makes you wonder what I mean by a new Accord being cheaper than a used one. I will explain the significance of the title later in this review. My father purchased a 2006 Accord EX-L sedan last year when one of the family's vehicles ... read more

2007 Honda Accord 2.4 EX Coupe - Good Car, Value, MPG, But not Sporty

by
Jun 1, 2007 - Updated Jan 28, 2013 (A Very Helpful review)

Author's Product Rating: 40 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Value, comfortable, quiet, fast for 4-cylinder and good fuel economy, safe
Cons: Generic styling, handling is not very sporty
The Bottom Line: I like the Honda Accord coupe and recommend it to anyone. It is comfortable, practical and performs well. But if you need a truly sporty ride, look elsewhere.

Every time I drive my mother's 2006 Accord, I am reminded about what a great car company Honda is and how unrefined in comparison my 2004 Infiniti G35 seems. I have also driven the 2007 4-door Accord to Yosemite (800 miles total) and averaged 33.4 mpg in ... read more

Author's Product Rating: 30 Recommended: Yes

Pros: Attractive interior, good gas mileage.
Cons: Styling bland, handling and braking average.
The Bottom Line: Gets good gas mileage and is a step up from entry level. It drives like a family car, despite its sporty looks.

I've owned this car for over a year now. Overall I would say the car is OK , but nothing really stands out about it. I would recommend it since it's not a bad car, but this review is basically to point things out that I wish Honda had done differently. ... read more

The Bottom Line: Not the car it's cracked up to be

I switched from a 2004 Civic Sedan to the 2007 Accord. I thought this would provide a major improvement, at least $6,000 worth. It's been less than that but not a total horror show. First, the car has pretty good acceleration for a four cylinder. The ... read more
