Pros: Balanced Handling, Beautiful Exterior, Torque, Transmission Cons: Plastic Interior, No Bluetooth, Outdated Navigation, No Climate Control, No Heated Seats The Bottom Line: It's the best premium economy car, the only other option being the more feature laden TSX.
IntroductionAfter a lengthy relationship with our previous Mazda we had finally come to the conclusion that it had been time to throw the towel in. Years of modification, hard driving, a few minor accidents, a plethora of repairs and many, ...

Pros: Gas mileage! We went to Florida and back for $70 Cons: Trunk area is small The Bottom Line: If you want a small car that'll be reliable for years and will run inexpensively, you can't do better than the Honda Civic.
We've owned our 2008 Honda Civic LX for three months now, and we LOVE-LOVE-LOVE-LOVE-LOVE it. I'm not an engine person, so this is something of a "girls' review". My husband and I have heard of so many people driving Hondas for hundreds of ...

This review is about the Honda Civic EX with an automatic transmission and without a navigation system. It can also be used as a rough review for other Civic models excluding sedans and the Si models. This is my second car, my first being a 1997 ...

Pros: Handling, design, roomy, fuel economy Cons: Pricey The Bottom Line: The Corolla is smooth and quiet. The Civic, then, is more livelier.
Being popular doesn't always mean being cool. Take the Honda Civic, for example. They've been around for quite a while. Those buggers are economical, affordable, and reliable. Then they were cool thanks to the tuner crowd. However, these days, the ...

Pros: Great gas mileage, sporty styling inside and out, Honda reliability. Cons: Cloth seats (leather not available), limited rear head room, cheap tires. The Bottom Line: I definitely recommend this car for commuters, singles, and young couples. Fully loaded, it's reliable, sporty and stylish without a hefty price at the dealer or the gas pump.
I bought my 2007 Honda Civic EX Coupe about 3 weeks ago. Mine is a nighthawk black model with the five speed manual transmission. I added the Fog Lights, Splash guards (mudflaps), door edge guards, all-weather mats, and a block heater (to help fight our ...

Pros: fit and finish, fuel economy, luxury features at economy price Cons: some odd design features, could use a little more power The Bottom Line: Excellent value for the money. Refined and luxurious for its class. Great gas mileage.
The 2008 Civic is my fifth Honda. I've previously owned a Prelude, Accord, and S2000, and still have a Honda Pilot in the garage. Going nearer the "bottom of the line" than I ever had before, I didn't have high expectations in terms of refinement when I ...

Pros: Great Honda quality results in a refined Civic with great gas mileage and interior room. Cons: The ride over some roads not great, the split dash might not be a favorite. The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a small car, you can't beat Honda reliability and engineering. A great engine and a great ride make for a great car.
I was looking for a daily driver and came upon the 2008 Civic LX. I wanted something with good mileage but wasn't too slow. I think the Civic is a good compromise. It is great to get from point A to point B. I picked this car up 2 weeks ago, for ...

The Bottom Line: Best option for mileage vs. price vs. build quality.
Here's what you expect: great gas mileage, great Honda build quality, industry leading styling. Which is what you get. There are nit-picky things, the most glaring is a bad blind spot where the rear window pillars are - but if you're ...

Pros: Gas mileage, peppy, comfortable, "cool", environmentally responsible Cons: Not the fastest car in the world... The Bottom Line: This car is reasonably priced and delivers on all promises... Overlooking it because it's "just a Civic" would be a mistake!
I bought my 2008 Civic Hybrid 3 weeks ago, and have put 2,500 miles on it so far (just to give you an idea of how "educated" this review is). I bought this car for relief from gas prices, but honestly never expected to love it so much! It's sporty, very ...
