Pros: Typical Honda quality, Interior room, Storage, Fuel Economy
Cons: Ill-favored styling, Price is a bit steep, Struggles over steep terrain.
The Bottom Line: The FIT is a great little car that offers utility, economy, and affordability.

With fuel conservation becoming an increasing priority amongst American drivers, it's not surprising that most car manufacturers have either redesigned or introduced entirely new vehicles to compete for the business of the economy minded. The 2007 ...

Pros: Gas saver, good interior space, V-Tec power, reliable
Cons: Um? Dont race a Porsche with it?
The Bottom Line: Good investment because easy with the gas and insurance. Many upgrade parts on the internet,Turbo Kits, suspension kits, wheels and tires easily found. Demand is high for these cars.

An Exceptional Little Car

Pros: Interior quality & look, versatility, fuel economy, handling, performance, interior space, quality & solid feel
Cons: High RPM at highway speed, price
It took only one test drive to sell us on the Honda Fit.  We looked at the Suzuki Swift (great price), the Toyota Yaris (really disliked the interior and ride), and were all set to buy a Toyota Matrix when we drove the Fit with manual transmission.  The Fit had great handling, a peppy engine and smooth shifter, a very classy, up-scale looking interior, and better visibility than the Matrix.  And, unlike the Matrix, it had a full compliment of air bags and anti-lock brakes standard.  The back seats and hatch area were very versatile and accommodated our double stroller no problem.
We like almost everything about the Fit, but are a few little things that bother me - the most notable is that at highway speeds, the engine runs at over 3000 rpm, which is rather busy.  A sixth gear, like on the Nissan Versa would be very welcome.
