Pros: Improved styling, Refinement, Transmission, Fuel economy, Superior safety features. Cons: Engine power The Bottom Line: I highly recommend taking the V6 model for a test drive before making any final buying decisions, however even in 4-cyl trim, the 2007 Camry an excellent choice.
The fifth generation Camry was a vast improvement over its predecessors, however it was still about as fun to drive as a boat on land. Even in later years when the Camry was offered with a relatively powerful 3.3-liter V6, it couldn't save it from being ...

Pros: Improved styling, upscale look and feel, refinement, general competence Cons: Common, a bit much hard plastic inside, not the sportiest ride The Bottom Line: Among mainstream sedans, it's probably not possible to find a better value. Not bad to drive or look at, either.

Pros: Refinement, convenience, space, comfort, fuel economy. Cons: Unexciting to drive, even in V6 form; subpar visibility; interior quality no longer exceptional. The Bottom Line: Toyota's attempts to style up the Camry have resulted in some compromises. Still, it remains one of the most all-around competent cars in its class.
Background Although Ive driven numerous Camrys over the yearsand my father actually bought one, an SE V6, in 2005Ive never brought myself to write a review of this popular model. The reason is, well, what has made this car ...

Pros: Spacious, predictable, dependable family sedan Cons: Boring, mediocre interior quality at CE/LE levels, and UGLY! The Bottom Line: What does a magazine editor need to SMOKE to name Camry as "Car of the Year"??? I gotta get me some of THAT stuff!!
There's a whole lot of smart people in this world. Some are scholars. Some are down-to-earth common folk. Most are not car critics, and the opinions of car critics aren't necessarily a whole lot smarter than the opinions of down-to-earth common folk ...

My mother had finally decided that she wanted a new Toyota Camry. So my parents called in “Dawn the Negotiator”. It took a lot for my mother to part with her 1990 Toyota Camry, and neither of my parents wanted to dicker with a car dealer. Since I’ve ...

Pros: looks, reliability, resale value Cons: blue/green clear dash on some models. Soon enough, you'll see them everywhere. The Bottom Line: There is now literally a Camry model for nearly any type of driver out there. A great car.
I recently took my 2002 Camry LE in for some maintenance work at my local Toyota dealer. While I was there, I took a walk out to the lot to take a look at the newly redesigned 2007 Camrys. I've always thought of my '02 as being a pretty decent looking ...

Pros: Better styling than 2006 model. Still a very dependable auto. Tire pressure indicator. Cons: Goofy space age dash. Touchy accelerator. The Bottom Line: As I have said in a another review, remember the People's car of Germany? Well the 2007 Toyota Camry is the People's car of the world.
Hi, I call myself a Toyota Camry Fleet Owner since I still own 3 of them. The 1992 LE which my son drove was wrecked and we bought a 2007 Camry LE. Now we have 1996 LE that my son drives, a 2006 LE which I usually drive and now a brand new 2007 LE Camry ...
