Pros: spacious, chic new look, great features Cons: brake screech during rain The Bottom Line: The 2007 Camry is an amazing car; the new look and features provided are well worth the price.
Ok so I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry LE about 3 weeks ago and I am absolutely in love with it. Given the fact that I have absolutely NO knowledge of cars and the technology acquainted with cars, I still believe buying this car was probably the best ...

Pros: Styling, smooth and powerful engine, good fuel economy, tasteful interior, decent handling Cons: rear seat doesn't fold down in XLE The Bottom Line: I would recommend this car for those looking for solid reliable transportation. It handles well and is quiet and refined.
After driving a Honda Accord, Infinity G35x, Lexus IS 250 and ES 350, Acura TL and TSX, Hyundai Sonata and Toyota Avalon I settled on a Camry XLE with the V6 and all the gadgets. It was very similar to the ES 350 except it has superior rear visibility. ...

Pros: Combination of comfortable ride and secure handling, base model (CE) is good value for money Cons: 4 cylinder engine is noisy The Bottom Line: If you like a manual transmission, the 2007 Camry CE is a base model with many high-end features.
We bought a 2007 Camry CE after calling 4 dealers: it was the only Camry we could find with manual transmission. We were willing to pay more for a manual transmission *and* all the bells and whistles: thermostatic heat, motorized seats, leather ...

Pros: Smooth ride, near luxury feel and finish, good size, stylish and well crafted. Cons: Radio functions are not great, Bluetooth mic is not of the highest quality. The Bottom Line: I am very happy with this car. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
This is my third Toyota. I love the drive, the smoothness, and the class of the car. I picked it up in July 2006 and so far have put 45,000 KM on odometer. Unlike the previous model, you don't feel like you are driving a taxi cab (being similar to ...

Pros: Makes conserving gas like playing a video game. Cons: Lost lots of trunk space to hold the batteries. The Bottom Line: Camry Hybrid is a fun and painless way to save gas and maybe a tiny bit of money. Great to drive.
I don't believe I am going to save any money or save the world by driving the Camry Hybrid, but it sure is fun trying to max out the miles per gallon. I got all the options because if I am going to save the world, I want to do it in style. Basically, ...

Pros: Fuel savings, navigation system, bluetooth, sunroof, comfort, quiet, power, smartstart system. Cons: No driver 1 or 2 settings. Sunroof takes up some headroom. The Bottom Line: If you want economy, comfort and luxury then you must purchase the Camry Hybrid. You cannot go wrong with this car in my book. We are extremely happy with it.
We bought the car about 2 weeks ago and just love it. We actually went looking for another van to replace our Ford Windstar that is 10 years old and has 134,000 miles on it. We test drove the Toyota Van, SUV and the Camry Hybrid that just happened to ...

Pros: Nice materials inside, the 17" wheels, body kit, good gas mileage. Cons: The seat comfort, lot of engine/road noise, base speakers are terrible The Bottom Line: Good car for someone who wants a new car that will last a long time, get decent gas mileage, blend in with the other cars in this class.
I recently rented a 2008 Camry SE with 3 miles while on vacation in Florida. It was the 2.4 4cyl with the auto trans. At first I found the seats to be very comfortable, but after 30 minutes I found the bottom part of the seat to be lacking in comfort. ...

5 years ago I wanted to buy a Honda but stumbled on a very good deal for Camry in the local newspaper. This was the only car in our family of four so we put more than 90k miles on it and never regret about buying it. Actually I bought 2007 Camry at the ...

Pros: The model of the car is classy, once it gets going the ride becomes smooth Cons: Loud when you slow down to the lowest gears then try to accelerate quickly. The Bottom Line: My recommendation is for Toyota to publicize this known problem to consumers and have the technology on hand to the dealers to correct it
I recently bought a new 2007 Camry, (April 28, 2007). I can't begin to say how disappointed I am about this decision; I have already taken the car back to the dealer twice with the same complaint. I noticed the hesitation problem, almost the first ...

Pros: good looks, comfortable seats, gas mileage, Cons: no acceleration, loose steering, average handling
If you don't mind a car that has no pickup (4 cyl) and loose steering, then you'll love the 2007 Camry. "Lexus-Like" exterior, great gas mileage and a comfortable interior make this a good, but not great pick. I highly recommend the 2008 Honda Accord. Looks great and drives like a dream.

Pros: Camry reliability Cons: Styling, road noise, smoothness of ride
I currently own a 2005 SE that I bought in late 2005. I debated about waiting for the 07 but really liked the 05. Well, about a month ago I was rear ended and needed a rental for a few days. My body shop was able to hook me up with a 2007 LE. I have to say I'm glad that I bought the 05. Aside from the looks being much more suitable to my taste (I really don't like the look of the 07) my 05 is far quieter and far more comfortable and drives much more smoothly. This was a rental with only about 3000 miles and it couldn't compare to my 05 with 33K. I was so relieved to know that I wasn't missing out on anything. I've owned 4 Camrys (90, 95, 99, 05) and the 05 is not only my favorite Camry it's my favorite car ever.

HORRIBLE GAS MILEAGE!!!!!

Pros: Looks nice and rides nice. More head room and leg room than the 06. Cons: GAS MILEAGE IS HORRIBLE!!!
I bought a 2007 Camry in 2006 and traded my Ford explorer due to the fact that my explorer was only getting 19 to 20 miles to the gallon and wanted a car that would get much better gas mileage. After a year of driving the camry that now has 14000 miles on it the mileage in town is 19 or 20 and the best mileage we have gotten on the highway is 23. Very, Very sad and we have friends that own the same vehicle and have the same problem. Toyota has said that the sticker EPA is way off and they are now reviewing that. I really feel like I was mislead when I purchased this car. Otherwise the car looks wonderful and rides well.

Pros: Great gas mileage, good power, very comfortable, great sound system, great A/C and quiet Cons: I wish the rear head rests could go down lower.
Can't remember what fuel economy the sticker says I am suppose to get, but right now, the Display for mpg for the current tank is 38.1 miles per gallon. For the past 3 months I've been getting about 37 to 38 per tank.
The cool thing about this car, besides the great ride and fantastic gas mileage, is the quietness of it all. Takes some getting use to, to be at a stop light, and then the engine turns to the electric motor. Silence. In years past, that meant the engine stopped working, and time to panic. But not the case. And when it switches back to the engine, very smooth. Hard to tell when it goes from electric to motor. Excellent car. I love my Camry.
But something else I noticed. When it needs to, this little 4 cylinder engine can get you cross traffic in a hurry. Very surprised by the amount of power it has.

2007 Camry CE, I can't wait to get rid of it

Pros: reliable Cons: boring, poor handling/suspension, shoddy non-mechanical manufacturing
First off, I don't write reviews..but here I am. I have been thinking about trading this car in since I bought it. I knew this type of car was an appliance but I expected more. I didn't think my car would bottom out every time I hit a bump, or feel the thunk of my wheels every time I entered the driveway. I didn't think the handling would feel like my old 1966 Dodge Dart from high school. I didn't think the seats would kill my back after a half hour drive. Don't forget watching the passenger seat vibrate/shake quite noticeably while I drive. (the dealer said it was normal..I guess it's a feature..) I expected not to have loose fitting interior materials and huge gaps. Other than that it runs and gets about 26 miles per gallon on the highway with my foot in it. It is an appliance. Its just a low end Sears special and not a Maytag. I think after bashing American cars for the past 20 years, I'm going back to support the U.S. economy, besides I've been outsourced myself a couple of times, but that's another story.
