2008 GMC Yukon

Pros: Size, towing capacity, all-weather capability, reliability. 
Cons: Size, fuel economy. 

The overall styling of the Yukon is clean, and the interior is nicely appointed and comfortable.  It towed a 6,000 pound trailer effortlessly through the mountains of Pennsylvania and offered bulletproof reliability.  The 4wd enables the Yukon to track effortlessly in the worst conditions.  Overall this is a solid workhorse that is at home on the construction site or at the theater.  The gas tank is large - allowing for infrequent gas stops even though the Yukon's fuel economy is modest at best. The rear hatch can accommodate a small house. Parking a Yukon can be problematic - you have to plan ahead to land squarely in a typical parking spot, and some enclosed structures (and car washes) will not accept a vehicle of the Yukon's stature.  As good as the Yukon is, its best days are behind it given the current economy and overall trends toward smaller and more environmentally sensitive vehicles.  However, if you have to have a big SUV for towing, etc. the Yukon is hard to beat. 

Pros: Large size...lots of room
Cons: Gas milage is not good...but I don't drive much.

I like my Yukon. It's a bit large but it's good to carry lots of stuff. Make sure to get leather seats if you have kids.

Cons: You DIE if you crash at 20mph. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS CAR EVER!!!

My daughter died driving one of these things. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I SUED THEM BUT THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO TALK TO ME
