Pros: Sporty Looking; Sporty Handling; Doors Shut With A "Thunk."
Cons: Merely Adequate 4-cyl Power; Uncomfortable Seat; Too Flashy For Family Guys
The Bottom Line: The Aura handled well for an American car, was fun to drive and was well-built, but needed more power, and is a bit too flashy for a family guy.

Pros: It's a decent, nice-looking car.
Cons: The hybrid version is not worth the cost.
The Bottom Line: The integration of hybrid tech into this car is poorly implemented. It is very expensive and does not appreciably increase mpg.
The Saturn Aura, as a whole, is a decent car. We were told by the dealer that it is the same as the Chevy Malibu, also a fine car.In hybrid mode, you probably won't buy this car, however. The hybrid tech adds about $5000 to the cost of ...
