Everything Howard Creech Says Here About Kodachrome 25 Is Correct!

Pros: Very, very sharp! Very true and faithful colors! Higher Contrast. 100+ year archival storage!
Cons: Very slow speed, narrow exposure latitude and most importantly, the FACT THAT KODAK CANCELED IT!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PHOTO ABOVE THIS REVIEW IS INCORRECT! THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE NOW DISCONTINUED KODACHROME 25 NOT THE STILL MARKETED KODACHROME 200! Before I offer my own observations on Kodak's now discontinued, but still wonderful KODACHROME ...

Slow can be beautiful

Pros: Tack sharp, great color, invisible grain.
Cons: Slow ASA rating, not commonly available outside of pro shops, not easily processed.
I was slightly disenheartened at news that Kodak is ceasing
production on this classic slide film at the end of 2001 (allow me a slight skepticism too; I'd long heard about the
discontinuing of other Kodak films that are still on the market)....

Pros: Best ever while slow (but who cares?)
