I got the ZOOM ADSL X6 to replace a DSL router/modem and a wireless unit that went through a lightning strike. I read mixed reviews and was skeptical at first but I have nothing but good to say about this purchase. Range and speed are as good or better than my previous units (Netopia and Netgear) without all the clutter and cables. The negatives reviews I read dealt more with techies that wanted to integrate their own firewall software but I'm good with the WEP encryption and my existing firewall so that's not a problem for me. I've not had to deal with support so I don't have an opinion on them but it's been 6 months and I've not yet found a reason to complain about this product. For a low-tech guy like me, this is one of my best purchases.
