Pros: Great little speakers, look and sound nice.
They will scream when cranked. Cons: The stock speakers actually had a warmer midrange but no bass or highs.
I have a pair in the front of my VW Vanagon Westfalia camper, and a pair in the back. They bolted right in where the stock 4" speakers were; so I did not have to modify my rear cabinet.
I'm using a pair or Kicker 30x2 amps to drive them.
Although shy on the bass (4" woofer, duh...), I am very pleased with the sound. Also, being a matching pair; they give the interior a custom look without looking too extreme.
Overall; they are great and I have no plans to ever replace them. I may add the crossover kit (P-kit) eventually to further their abilities; but for now they are perfect.
