I am the mother of two small boys. I love to take pictures, and I can easily go thru a roll a week. This camera is the answer to my prayers! Now I can snap away for free--- I can keep the photos that I love and delete the ones that stink. I find this...
Pros: Good price for good quality Cons: Uses batteries quickly
I have always been the shutter bug in the family. All of my photo albums appear "mommy-less". I am also a bit on the frugal side. Buying the Olympus D-360L has been the a great decision. I carry it in my purse at all times and always the camera available...
Pros: good picture quality, simple to use, good owners manual Cons: none to complain of !
I've just purchased the Olympus D360L about a week ago...and from the moment I opened the box....I haven't stopped snapping since! I had read many reviews before purchasing this camera...and most of the reviews were favorable. Since I am a...
Pros: Cheap and easy to use Cons: Bad design, destine to break down
The door on this camera is what turns it off & on. This door will break and not work within 4-8 months depending on the usage. Do not make the same mistake I did, don't buy this poorly designed camera!!!
Pros: price, ease of operation, features, nice looking solid camera Cons: no zoom lens, flash is a bit weird at times
This was the very first digital camera I purchased. I bought it mainly to take digital pictures of things to go up on eBay. I was surprised as heck at how easy this camera was to operate. For the price, it takes some pretty darn nice photos. The upload feature to the PC is a serial cable but it does a pretty decent job. The Camedia software is also pretty straight forward and easy to figure out. I just recently upgraded to a top notch digital but will always keep this little camera in my collection.
Has Worked Great For 10 Years! by ceb69 ,Dec 30 '07
Pros: Good quality pictures. Durable. Reliable. Cons: Sucks up batteries fast! I suggest rechargeable batteries for this one.
We have owned and operated this camera for 10 years. We have NEVER had a problem with it. I highly recommend this old timer. It is a solid work horse.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
We have had this camera for about 2 years now. We bought it new and have taken literally hundreds of pictures with it. It was a great buy. It has alot of features, I am still learning new things I can do to tap it's full potential. There aren't any XP drivers which is a bummer but then again we used it for almost 2 years before XP existed so no big deal. It does eat batteries, I have had excellent luck with the batteries made for digital camers, $12 for 4 AA's but worth it.
what a suprise this Olympus... by zego25_dt3000 ,Feb 06 '02
what a suprise this Olympus D-360L is. The pictures are remarkably clear. 1.3 megapixels sounds small but you'd never know it from the pictures you get. It's also easy to use. The menu is intuitive, you can use the viewfinder or the conventional eye-piece, and it's easy to discard photos of those who blink in the middle of the picture. It also has the flash that reduces red-eye. the memory card it came with was enough for more pictures than the specs showed. It's light-weight and compact. It could use some optical zoom power as it only has the one zoom setting that 1/2s the distance to your object, but you dont find yourself missing it much b/c you get all this for a pretty inexpensive price. As with many digital cameras, it eats batteries, so get rechargeables if you mind stocking up on the 4 AA batteries.

This camera was used to take pictures at my wedding last august. These pictures came out much better and clearer than my friend's who took pictures with a much more expensive 3 Mega pixel camera
