i paid roughly under $100 bucks. I am impressed that the battery life is excellent on this. Never had any problems with the skipping. Still have the original headphones after 2 years and still plays excellently.

I'm looking to replace the one that some lucky person kifed from me. No regrets. Excellent sound quality.The antiskip is true to its name.
