Pros: Nothing... esp since the IPhone is being unlocked there is no benefit to AT&T Cons: Horrible coverage, drops calls often. Unhelpful, rude customer-service. Ridiculous termination fees. Hidden "Add-on" charges.

Pros: GSM Cons: Limited coverage
I just switched from a Verizon plan and older Mot phone (E815) to a new AT&T plan and Mot Q9h phone. Can't say I'm impressed. Whether it's the phone or the carrier I can't say for sure, but my ability to send and receive calls has become quite a bit more limited. What used to be easy from my office is now impossible.
My wife and I share a family plan. After some negotiating, we got a plan with costs about the same as Verizon. We'd made the switch because my wife wanted a worldwide GSM phone, and I wanted a data plan with better internet bandwidth. We got that.
However, reception around town is nowhere near as good. Now, when I'm at work I can't receive calls in my office, and I have to go outside to place a call. Didn't used to be that way.
Another issue is usability of the "unlimited" data plan. Maybe unlimited time, but definitely not unlimited internet access. VOIP services are BLOCKED. Forget about using Yeigo or similar viop services that have any potential for taking revenue from AT&T.
