    Pros: When it's installed, the Internet was very fast - expensive, but fast.
    Cons: Information sharing virtually non-existent. Massively aggravating.

    Pros: fast, relatively inexpensive
    Cons: terrible customer support, poor online billing, absolutely confused dispatch and line technicians.

    Pros: The picture on the TV with the DVR is usually OK.
    Cons: Billing issues EVERY month, and the other 3 TV's have terrible pictures always.

    Pros: Nothing good to say about "Order Takers" or "Customer Service" reps! Techs saved the day!
    Cons: AT&T at most levels albeit pleasant personnel is dysfunctional. Buyer Beware! Get it in writing!

    Pros: I think At@t U-Verse is a great product. I am now spoiled.
    Cons: This service is overpriced. Also, it is not the best technical support.

    Pros: Equipment arrived quickly.  Employees helpful.
    Cons: Misleading advertisement, deceptive sales tactics, unfulfilled appointments, undelivered data rate. Cancellation is a hassle.

    Cons: Can't forward/rewind from remote receivers; can't program manual recordings to recur
