Pros: Effective on damp hair, great scent, imparts shine, a little goes a long way Cons: Expensive, hard to get off hands, doesn't really tame flyaways
A couple of years ago, I decided to treat myself to a haircut by a senior stylist at a local Aveda salon. I wanted a sharp cut, with layers near my face. My hair is thick and has a slight wave to it. After the shampoo and cut, the stylist reached for ...

Pros: Smells great, smooths & De-frizzes, a Little goes a long way. Cons: pricey

If you want smooth, this is for you

Pros: Smells good, compact, does what it says Cons: NONE
This product is the temporary ending to the smooth infusion shampoo and conditioner that Aveda just put out. They are coming out with something else, but for now, they sell this as their leave in treatment. I like the smell and how it glides through my hair. The container also looks small but it goes a long way because you don't need a lot each time you use it. I sometimes make the mistake of using it when my hair is still really wet but you are supposed to use it when your hair is just damp. I normally rub it through my wet hair, brush, blowdry, and then smooth a little more on when I'm done. This finishing touch helps to seal in the smoothness because my hair gets really frizzy in the back. This product has helped to tame some of this problem, but you should use as directed with the Smooth Infusion shampoo and conditioner.
