HELP
by monge7701 ,Jan 03 '07
Pros: Cheaper price than competitors Cons: Vague instructions, poor construction
I bought the Ab Chair 2 Pro 2007. After reading comparisons on this and the Ab Lounge XL I figured this would be just as good for less money. I am beginning to wonder if I made the right decision. The instructions are extremely vague. I don't even know if I put it together correctly. I am afraid I am going to hurt myself. Does anyone know of any instructional DVDs available or better written instructions? I am thinking of sending this back. I really think you get what you pay for and I should have bought the Ab Lounge.

Ab Chair Deluxe
by joebloggs17 ,Apr 28 '08
Pros: Good all-round cardiovascular work-out Cons: Doesn't give you instructions on how to fold the chair
I have just received my new Ab Chair Deluxe. After the assembly was complete - which was pretty straight-forward, there are two metal hooks that don't seem to fit anywhere. I found the work-out somewhat easy, although I wouldn't say it was easier than using an abdominal roller because the only difference is the chair, which keeps your body in perfect alignment. On completion of my work-out It was time to fold the chair up and put away - which I'm having some difficulty with as it keeps springing open! I have searched the website where I bought it from because it doesn't mention anything in the manual.
