Lately I've been having problems with my back. (probably from lifting my children and groceries). Then all of a sudden I'm having allergy attacks. Every morning I had serious headache and stuffy nose. My husband thought it was the mattress...

Pros: NONE - LOUSY non-existent service. Wanted to return it under their so-called satisfaction guarantee.
Cons: 3-4 inches SHORT, stitching came loose in several places,they refused to replace it.

After shopping around the abed salesman on phone made many PROMISES of their service and reliability. After getting the bed and wanting to return it because the size was NOT anywhere near what they said - and MANY phone calls for service - I was told the owner doesn't talk to customers and I should of expected a "smaller bed than the 76x80 size - but not 3 or 4 inches SHORT. The stitching on the pillow top started to come loose in several places, too. Again, they refused to replace it. They do NOT back the warranty after the sale. I have since found several on line stores with MUCH LOWER prices. I suggest anyone dealing with these people to BEWARE and don't believe their salesman on the phone - who obviously will say anything to get a sale. POOR QUALITY. LOUSY non-existent service. Wanted to return it under their so-called satisfaction guarantee and found out about all kinds of extra charges and shipping both ways, too.
