Pros: None, now. Although once they had a money-back guarantee.
Cons: Expensive. Did not shrink blister or accelerate healing. Did not cool the area, either.

Pros: Reduces symptoms noticeably. White cream also has makeup effect of disguising the sore somewhat.
Cons: May cause symptoms to re-occur at a different location or more frequently.
