Some friends and I got together to have some cocktails last weekend and I was introduced to Absolut Vanilla Vodka. We were making Vanilla Cokes as described below:

1 1/2 oz. Vanilla Vodka
Pour the vodka into a collins glass filled with ice and fill with coke.

They were great and tasted just like Vanilla Cokes. I would recommend refrigerating the vodka for several hours prior to using. The smell of the vodka was wonderful, and the taste was not too strong. You could even take this as a shot.

Pros: Sweet, Tropical, goes down smoothly.
Cons: Not recommend for those who do not have sweet drinks sit well in stommach

Aboslut Vanilla vodka is a great alternative for those looking for a more tropical taste, but do not enjoy rum. Absolut Vanilla is a tasty treat, espescially when mixed with cola or put into frozen drinks. However, I would not suggest drinking too much of this, as the sweetness of Absolut Vanilla vodka did not sit well in my stomach. I would only recommend one or two drinks of this per night.
