disappointing product

Pros: ease in inflating and deflating, price point
Cons: ability to hold inflation and keep it. Will eventually fail.
hello, I have the same experience to report re: Aerobed's quality. I liked the firmness adjustability and price point. However, the bed does not stay firm for too long. Mine started losing its ability in a month. Don't waste your money on this, nor the shipping cost.All their products seem to have this defect- I've bought 2 mattresses and 1 mattress pad. I also hate the built-in pillow feature- gave me a neck ache.
