Aero Minute Bed Mattress - It Needs Blowing and Blowing!

by mountainhigh mountainhigh is a Top Reviewer on Epinions in Home and Garden, Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 50, May 20 '03
Pros: Easy to store; carrying tote
Cons: Did not retain air thru the nite and left us flat!
We thought having a nice inflatable mattress for our unexpected guests and going on camping trips would really be worth the investment over the ones you pick up at your local discount store. Boy were we wrong when we bought the Aero Minute Bed...

by shoehorny shoehorny is a Top Reviewer on Epinions in Home and Garden, Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 200, Jan 25 '02
Pros: Makes for a nice temporary, comfortable mattress.
Cons: Limited use product - may not last for a long time.
Review of Aerobed Minute Bed Mattress (January 25, 2002)

I remember seeing the Aerobed advertised on one of those "as seen on TV" television commercials several years ago. I am always skeptical of products advertised on these commercials, as...

Traveling bed? Or bed for Travelers?

by stse , Dec 12 '02
Pros: Portable, great for temporary use
Cons: Not my type of bed.
This bed is good when you have to travel. However, come to think about the options when you travel, sleeping bag or this?

My brother-in-law always has this air-bed ready for us when we have to go over there to sleep over.

Few...

by PhoenixFlight Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Dec 26 '00
Pros: Sleep Great Away From Home

Happy Holidays! It is Christmas morning at the Flight families main hanger/base, Moms house, and I have just awoken from what I consider to be the best nights sleep that I have enjoyed while away from home in years.

With family in from...

The Imaginair Minute Bed: A great product and I am not full of hot air!

by comfaire , Nov 24 '01
Pros: Easy to use, comfortable and durable!
Cons: None that I can think of.
If you have ever had the "pleasure" of sleeping on a hard floor and waking up with a backache, this product is for you! My wife and I own several of these mattresses (three twin, one full and one queen). We have had two of these mattresses since 1993...

Aero Travel Bed

by LimeSMJ , Apr 16 '02
Pros: Long lasting, surprisingly comfortable, convenience, initial PVC smell.
Cons: Initial PVC smell, break-in time.
So I'm graduating soon from college and I have begun to sort my things into 3 piles: Keep, throw out and sell. So far I am keeping everything... makes me think I need to reconsider the qualifications for the 3 categories. *sigh*
Currently I am...

Sleeping on an Aerobed is Like Floating on a Cloud!

by tonya66 , Aug 25 '01
Pros: Convenient, comfortable, easy to inflate and deflate. Stores in its own compact bag.
Cons: None
If you want an easy solution for sleepovers and don't want the hassle of struggling with sleeping bags, a cot or rollaway type of bed, I would highly recommend investing in an Imaginair Aerobed Minute Bed Mattress. I had seen the mattress advertised on...

It Will Revolutionize the Way You Sleep

by jrmilner , Apr 19 '01
Pros: Easy, Portable, Clean, Comfy with a cover
Cons: The Raised Head, Cold to sleep on without a cover
I had been sleeping on futon mattress for two years when I decided that it just had to go. I have bad allergies and had no idea what was hiding in that futon. Because of my allergies, I was interested in the Aerobed. I've had problems with regular...

15 month lifespan if they don't pop!

by Mayakis , Jun 08 '01
Pros: Same as others who like the bed
Cons: Doesn't work as an everyday bed. Outgassing bad for Asthmatics. Warranty left us flat!
We bought three beds.
Two beds to sleep on every day, and one for guests.

All of them have needed to be patched.
All have been replaced for defects.
Only one of the six survives.
We have spent almost $500 to have...

Go for the electric pump

by camppjpatty , Nov 13 '02
Pros: Easy to inflate and deflate if pump is fully charged, comfortable
Cons: Pump drains too quickly and requires long recharge time, easily broken parts
We bought this bed for our daughter and son-in-law to sleep on in our 5th wheel camper. I charged the pump the initial 24 hours when I first brought it home and then inflated the mattress. Everything was great. The first night our kids slept on it, it...

Have a tent - will sleep good on this camping trip

by shellyr , May 28 '01
Pros: Comfort, slow to ever have a leak
Cons: can be filled to much
If you have ever had to sleep in a tent on the ground, this is the bed for you. It really makes camping a lot more comfortable. It is the only way to not feel what is under your tent floor. Like sticks and rocks or pine needles.

But what I...

Queen Bed & Twin Size

by myconcerns , Jul 26 '06
Pros: Comfortable and easy to operate.
Cons: Each person needs to have their own controls for the bed.
Bought the beds for family sleep overs, hoping the Queen Size bed would be a good size for two people to sleep on. Both the Queen Pillow top (one control) and the Twin Size bed were very comfortable and so easy to inflate, set-up and deflate and ...

Better than a $900 Sealy Posturepedic!!

by jackieuhoh13 , Apr 20 '05
Pros: Great support even for my sensitive back. Only $59!!
Cons: Needs 100% cotton mattress pad to avoid getting too warm from laying on vinyl.
I have a back that can get cranky if it doesn't have the proper support when I sleep. And even though I live in a 400 sq. ft. studio (I love it...it's so cute!) it was important for me to have a great bed. For years I slept on a top of the line, twin ...
