Pros: Heartwarming service in a perfect location
Cons: 200 smackaros a night, but then again, thats a weekend rate in Rome...

We highly reccomend the Internazional. You cant beat the location, less than a block from the Spanis ...

Pros: best position in Rome, friendly staff, clean rooms, FREE WIRELESS in the room
Cons: the paytv didn't work for 2 days,but they made us a discount for that

Me and other 6 friends stayed for 4 days at Hotel Internazionale. Everything was ok. The coolest thing is that they have a WIFI free access in the whole hotel and rooms. The speed of the connection was really high and i even did videoconferencing with my sister in australia in a perfect way. Great position, just above the Spanish Steps, the subway is at only 100 meters from the hotel and with the subway you can go wherever you want. We had a lot of fun in Rome and hotel Internazionale helped a lot. The staff gave us good directions for restaurants, museums (for the Capela Sistina it is recommended a private guide, so you can skip the 3 hours queue). They serve a good breakfast, very rich.
I even booked a suite for my parents anniversary next year.

Pros: Location ..Location ...Location!
Cons: Suggest softer mattresses.

I have stayed at the Hotel Internazionale 6 times!

The location at the top of the Spanish Steps is perfect!
The staff (especially Elena & Giorgio) were all very helpful & attentive.

They always make sure to honor my room request
(back of hotel with private terrace).
It is lovely & quiet...
The rooms are air conditioned,
have great bathrooms, and lots of amenities!

The breakfast room is beautiful,
& they serve a wonderful buffet.

The rooftop terrace overlooking Rome
is delightful for an afternoon cocktail.

We shall always stay at the Internazionale when in Rome!
