Pros: works fast, relieves headache and congestion, makes me sleepy
Cons: makes me sleepy, lasts about 4 hours, not 12, many warnings and allergy alerts

Pros: Actual relief. Long-lasting.
Cons: A bit less than 12 full hours of relief as claimed on the package.

Cons: Slightly stimulating, sometimes fails to work long enough

Pros: Sinus clearing medicine and headache medicine all in one product that I can purchase anywhere.
Cons: With the new psuedophedrine laws in effect the product is kept behind the pharmacy counter.
Summary: I have tried every nasal allergy OTC out there. This one is the best. Keeps my sinuses free and clear all day long. I never feel dried out and I never get "medicine
