Pros: Fast-acting OTC product, gets right of sinus headaches, really!
Cons: A little pricier than Ibuprofen products. Very hard to find in stores lately.

I've bought Aleve Sinus & Headache many times in the past because I get frequent, annoying sinus headaches that are definitely not associated with a cold or flu. I don't get sharp shooting pains but I do get dull, aching pain and headaches, a feeling ...

Wow!!!! This stuff works miracles for me...when I get a sinus headache and then the aches with the sharp shooting pain this is the ONLY thing that works for me. I have tried everything under the sun and this is it!

HOWEVER.... I went to get some today and could not find it anywhere...one of the Wal-Marts said it was discontinued. I hope they are wrong and I can find it somewhere.

This stuff works great. I've had sinus headaches for years and have tried a LOT of different OTC remedies. This one is "it". One caplet almost always knocks my headache completely out, and lasts for hours and hours.

A co-worker who has allergies and all kinds of upper respiratory sensitivities, recently asked if I had anything for a sinus headache, and I offered her one of these. She wanted to take two, so I gave her two but pointed out that they come one-to-a-blister-card, and suggested she try one first. She came to me a couple of hours later, wanting to see the box, so she knows what to get at the store. I quote: "Those are amazing!"

Note that this review is for Aleve Sinus Headache, NOT for Aleve Cold and Sinus. I like that they make a distinction, since I don't want to take cold medicine when all I have is a headache.

Pros: It works quickly so you can get back to your normal daily activity.
Cons: I have tried purchasing Aleve Sinus and Headache locally and cannot find it anywhere.

We were on a family trip in Panama City, FL from OH last December. The flight and weather changes gave me a sinus headache that would not let up. My mother-in-law told me she had the same experience a while back. She said her grand-daughter got her some Aleve Sinus and Headache. She gave me some and it worked immediately. I had completely forgotten about it since the trip. I had a headache a couple of weeks ago and tried everything. Suddenly I remembered that I had the Aleve still in one of my travel bags. I took it and within 20 minutes the headache that I had suffered with for three days was gone. This stuff is amazing.
