    Pros: When it worked, it was wicked fast.
    Cons: Horribly unreliable. Technical support was even worse. Strong arm tactics to prevent returns.

    Pros: The staff knows so little about their product you will feel like an expert.
    Cons: The computer don't work correctly, the staff is indifferent to your problems, terrible product support.
