This is a gentle and easy-to-use eye makeup remover that leaves no greasy residue. The pads are very convenient and great for travel- no need to pack cotton pads. I recently had to switch from my previous kind of remover because it was irritating my eyelids (I wear contacts), but this one has been perfect. I don't use waterproof mascara, but I use eyeliner and regular mascara, and the pads take it all off with little rubbing. The cost is reasonable- no cons!

I remember buying this before and thought it was awful, then forgot it was awful and bought it again!

It works to remove most mascara (it doesn't remove all of it, but I use waterproof mascara), liquid liner, and most eyeshadow that I've found. It does not remove my normal pencil liner (I use MAC's Powerpoint liner). It's awful! It removes some of it, but mainly just smears it around my eye. I usually have to go get some baby oil to remove what it doesn't.

I started using this product about a year ago, and I really like it. Using pads that are already saturated with the right amount of makeup remover means that I don't have to fuss with applying remover to cotton balls. It saves time and increases the ease of use. Furthermore, the product easily removes even heavy eye makeup, including waterproof mascara. Finally, these pads never irritate my eyes, and I can even use them when I have my contact lenses in.
