AmcorAire® UCHW-H12AF2 Split System Air Conditioner

Pros: The unit operates as adverised. It is quiet and cools very well.
Cons: Amcor does not honor its warranty.

I purchased one Amcor split unit airconditioner which worked fine. About six months later I purchased a second Amcor unit which arrvived with a defective blower. Amcor authorized a repair which cost me $150, however they only agreed to pay me $75 which I accepted. After six months I have yet to get my $75 after repeated requests to Amcor.

I actually purchased a third Amcor unit before I received the $75 for the defective unit. Fortunately the third works fine as do the other two units. I know however should any of the units fail I will be on my owne. I would never buy anything from Amcor again.
