We had recieved quotes from numerous moving companies and moving brokers and found americas moving services best fit our needs. They were the only A rated Better Business Bureau company and most of the other movers we found were either new companies or had many negative items written about them. Americas Moving Services estimate was amongst the higher priced companies. They quoted us $5,500.00 based on 10,000 pounds with some packing and we were getting ridiculous quotes based on the exact same for between $2,000 and $4,000 which sounded nice but being somewhat educated and moved several times I knew it was not possible so we went with americas. They showed up early on the said date and packed our belongings up in a most professional manner and handled our items with care. They delivered us from Texas to South Carolina in 5 days and we were told between 3 and 10 days for delivery. Overall they were wonderful as far as explaining everything to us and the movers were excellent in the way they worked. I would use this company again and will for sure refer any friends or anyone I know that is moving in the future.

We found America's Moving Services through http://www.yourmovingday.com and found them to be slightly higher than some other companies pricewise but liked our sales rep Michael as he was the most knowledgable and returned all of our calls and emails promptly. We checked them out with the bbb like we were told to do and found that they were highly rated and gave them a shot. Glad we did because everything turned out well and we are now moved into our new home and had no damages or price increases. Happy to have crossed this companies path. Subsequently we have referred our parents whom are moving from Seattle, Washington tcross country to Richmond, Virginia and thus far their move has gone as well as ours and are scheduled to be delivered Saturday morning by the same moving crew that had done our move.

America's Moving Services was referred to us by yourmovingday.com due to the fact that our colleague moved through their services we gave them our business as well. They were actually honest, and quite professional during the entire process and confirmed our beliefs that there are hard working companies not trying to get over on people. They did a great job from start to finish and we would 100% recommend their company to anyone moving that is searching for an honest moving company that upholds their standards.

We relocated through americas moving services in October of 2008 and have since been contacted by our moving coordinator Michael and asked whether or not we would post a review on americas moving services performance. I was happy to oblige and will keep it short and sweet for everyone. Michaels communication was great and he informed us of every possible scenario and charge up front which most companies did not tell us about half of those charges. He informed us on how to prepare for our move which was extra helpful and I would like to thank Michael and the rest of americas moving services for their excellent services. The moving crew (Jason and Perry) were very nice guys and professional. The move went great and we would definately use them again and recommend them to any folks in search of a moving company.
