Cons: see above - misleading claim of high speed internet

I've stayed here several time and find it to be a good value and competently run. But I am here for a week and find that the internet service - advertised as high speed - is slower than dial-up. The data:

I called the desk to ask if there was a problem and was told to talk to their service provider, Transedge. I called and got someone who seemed to think that if I had a working connection, that should be enough.

Normally I would just put up without complaining, but I'm on an extended project in Albuquerque and the standard of internet service seems uniformly awful. Last week was the brand new Holiday Inn Select near the airport; download speed was about 240 kbps. I figured (wrongly) that this would be better.
