I'm lukewarm about the Antec Notebook Cooler.

Pros: It did keep my computer somewhat cooler, you can buy it for very cheap.
Cons: Needs more and cooler air, noisy, some design flaws, broke after eight months.

Yet Another Laptop Cooler

Pros: It gets the heat out, by suppling extra airflow
Cons: A extra wire dandling, and slighly more fan noise.
Laptops were made to run warn-to-hot. The point is to isolate the laptops heat from your lap. Anything flat that isolates heat and will NOT impede air flow will work just fine. A food tray is a fine example of "flat". In other words, do NOT ...
