While working at Apple my husband purchased the MacBook for home use. Prior to the MacBook we used a desktop PC which was built by my husband. Since purchasing the laptop I've been online more than I have been in the past. We love the portability and I actually prefer the Mac operating system over Windows. The operating system is very intuitive to use and the processing power of this laptop is amazine.

The only change we did on this laptop is a memory upgrade. Upon receiving the laptop my husband upgraded the memory to 4 Gigabytes.

Pros: Built in webcam, Fast processor, No Viruses, No Freezing, No Failures

Apple has for quite some time gone under the radar.  I have avoided it for sometime with the fear of the unknown.  However, after my 5th laptop died on me, I decided it was time to switch.  My first mac was an iBook G4.  I ended up giving that to my parents after 3 years to upgrade to the new MacBook.  That was last year.  I love my MacBook.  I would never look back on a windows machine.  The best way to put this is...It Just Works.  There are no errors, viruses...freezing is a thing of the past.  Plus, the toys that come with this are endless.  It even has a built in iSight camera!  I love my MacBook, and I am going to stick with Apple forever. 

Many say they are expensive.  However, you get what you pay for.  This is a strong machine that will not quit on you.  Apple machines will surely outlive any other cheaper (and I would argue more expensive) windows computer out there!
