Cons: Doesn't come with MS Office - you have to buy that.
Summary: I cannot say enough good things about this computer. The processing speed is awesome. The programs are wonderful (except I did have to buy the Mac version of MS Office, so I could have MS Word - still, small price to pay). This is better than any Windows
