The phone is beautiful but I have had it less than a month and after paying 500 dollars for it now being expected to fork over another 300 makes me feel like a sucker. Some people seem to get them fixed free if they complain well but I guess I'm not the type.
The network is usually so slow that the safari/internet is more trouble than it's worth.

Pros: It looks nice and it has a great design and the touch screen is great.
Cons: It can breaks easily and when you are wearing gloves the touch screen doesn't work.

I bought this product because it was in at the time and everyone wanted one. It looks stunning and is a great design but it is not durable. If you drop it the screen can crack and apple will not replace that for free you have to pay for a whole new phone.During the winter the iphone can be a real hastle because the touch screen doesn't work when you have gloves on. So basically you have to take your gloves off just to use your phone.The payments you make each month for the phone are very high and after a couple months you have basically paid for 2 more iphones.
