Apple iPod 2nd Generation 10 GB (PC) MP3 Player

Cons: Price, but hey it will go down eventually right?

There is just not much to it. With 10 GB of space and a battery that will last upwards of 10 hours of more, you are going to be listening to MP3's for the rest of your life on this thing. This is my second MP3 player, the other one i bought didn't have...

I have had my ipod for at least a month now, and I consider it one of the best players if not the best player I've owned. There are no skips or jumps while using it. I found out that the battery life could be a problem, but that was fixed by downloading the update software 1.26 which helps conserve the battery life of your ipod. It amazes others by how small it is and the space that it has. I have a 10G and currently I have 562 songs and it's not half way full. One more thing, the models that are currently for sale have the touch sensitive wheel so that dirt would not mess up the mechanics of the wheel and thats a good thing.

It's my own mini computer. Its very easy to carry and I take it with me when I go to work out. Its quite expensive and seems like it could be very easily breakable but overall its a great mp3 player.

Dropped my new iPod twice already and it keeps on ticking...beats my old mp3 player...but come on Apple, give us the phone too!

This is the best most user friendsly audio device i have purchased in my life. I would highly reccomend this mp3 player out of all others and i have listened to the qualitys of its major competiitors, this does not compete!!!!

Well, maybe the other reviewer is just unlucky. I have dropped mine *several* times (I run with it) and it has never even skipped. It's also big enough that I use it to transport large video files when I need to. Man, Apple makes great products. This is enough to make me switch.

Great machine but too fragile. Dropped only once and that was all it took to end it's life. I had the player for less than a week and it's already out to the repair shop. I recommend a stronger more durable player for the money.

it is a miniature computer, it does amasing things. it holds lots of music. one bad thing is the price. another thing is if you don't have a firwire on your computer it's a pain

this mp3 player is the best! it is extremely lightweight and the storage compacity is unbelieveable. it is completely user friendly and definately worth the money.

I just sent mine back to get repaired for the second time in 6 months. The thing only works some of the time. It freezes up a lot and the touch wheel jumps all over the place. Apple stuff is much too big on style and cuteness and too little on dependability.

The apple ipod is the cadillac of all mp3 players. its small and has a massive amount of memory. This is one of apples best makes.
