I only once had a problem with this product, and I realized that I was simply not reading the instructions well. This product really is perfect. Not too expensive, space for 1,000 songs, lightweight, easy to hold.

I have this ipod. I have had it for about a year now. Currently it has over 423 songs sitting on it and still room for more. It's cute, comfortable to carry, and has amazing power for such a tiny device. My only complaint would be the battery life is a teensy bit short for my tastes. i have to recharge it every other day and i only play it maybe an hour or two a day. so about 4 hours of battery life.

I've had it for well over a year and have not had a single problem with it. It works on all three of my computers. Itunes is a really good music player for the computer too.

It plays all my songs rather i download them legitimately or not or even if i rip them myself from my own cds - no more skipping or scratches - yay.

I could not live without my ipod. I cant believe i lived without one for so long

I got an apple ipod mini and I wanted to start down loading right away!! But instead I had to dowload a bunch of software before I could start. Once I had that done I down loaded two songs from one of my own CDs. It worked perfectly! Then I set up an account where I could buy songs for $0.99 a piece. I bought a bunch of songs thinking it would work again. So I started to download just as I had before. It wouldn't dowload anything. I went to many websites to get help. It was through those websites I found that many other people had experienced the same problem!! I then tried to erase all my songs so that I could return it but it would not recognize my ipod. Thankfully I could return it anyway. I am very very unsatisfied with it. I would advise that you not get it.

I live and work in Manhattan and this is always in my purse. It's wonderful to have all your favorite songs at your fingertips. Perfect mood music for driving in the car, (using my Sony cassette deck converter - please, I'm a safe driver,) running on Sundays, and taking the subway to work.

I used this on a trip to Phoenix from New York and it lasted all through my flight, plus a layover! Indispensable b/c I need to listen to something to help me fall asleep at night and this is always by my side.

I purchased a pink ipod-mini 4gb for my wife one year ago from the Apple store. She uses it every day and it has been the most reliable hand held electronic device we've ever owned. She exercises with it, listens to music around the house, stores data and pictures to take with her to share with friends and family. We own a PC and a Mac and the Mac definitely runs the software and loads music onto the ipod a lot faster (despite my PC being much more "cutting edge"). Don't let that last statement deter you from purchase if you own a PC however, it's not slow by anymeans. A friend owns an ipod too and was complaining about terribly slow download/upload to his PC. He was using USB1. Make sure you have USB2 or Firewire.

I bought my i pod mini about a year ago and so far i have not had too many problems. I love the color and its really neat and now everyone has one! I was not too happy to find that i had to spend 0.99 for one song when i can go to wal-mart.com and buy them for 0.88 cents, but media center will not work with I tunes. The i pod is great for me cause i do not need a color screen or videos so its everything i would want in an MP3 player. i love that there are many different brands of Accessories that are cheaper than apples brand. its nice for people who can use them a lot. i would not mind buying another i pod later, but i need to save my money for school books!

I had the ipod for a year and it stopped working. they said it would cost a fee just to talk to the technical rep. Not very good service.
