I have tried paste waxes but I find it is too easy to over-apply them, they can dry at variable rates, and they require alot of elbow grease and can be tiring for your arm/wrist from all that rubbing. And to top it all off, sometimes they still haze ...

First off I must say I demand a lot from a product for detailing my Toyota MR2. I usually do a good detail every 6 monthes, using either a 2 step or 3 step system, cleaner/polish/wax. Of course the results are astonishing and I didn't expect that from...

In my epinion Armor All is only sold b/c it has the most famous car care name. Everytime I have used Armor All I am satisfied but the next time I go to buy more wax,tire shine,wax etc. I will buy something else and it is almost always better performance...

Pros: easiest protection to apply, I can do it in around 15 minutes after a wash.
Cons: you will get streaks you have to rub out if you use it in sunlight.

I've used this once a year, on my 1995 ford clear coat paint, and the finish looks exactly as it did new. It protects the clear finish with out any abrasion. The slightest abrasion is going to wear off that thin clear coat. Do your own test, use this on oxidized paint and it won't rub any off. Use any other of the so called 'wax for clearcotes' and you'll take off some of that oxidized paint.
because the Armor All has no abrasives my Ford has no swirls, and thats after ten years of using it.

Tried this product because its a easy way of cleaning and protecting the paint on my 3 classic cars. I've even used it on our winter vehicle just to give it a quick dose of added protection. Leaves no residue. Works great after color sanding and buffing a new paint job. The buffing compound usually leaves a slight haze. Using the car polish brings out the shine to give the paint a clear wet look. Also works good as the final step after using paste wax.

I used this product on my fiberglass boat and it made a 27 year old boat look like new again. Nothing else has ever given me results this good. Now I can't seem to find it in the stores. Can anyone help please?
