Cons: Getting Pyhsical with the lever.

We have bought & sold this same machine twice now.
I love it for its old school looks and copper metal values.
Not All operators have enjoyed using it because it takes some physical effort and energy to use.
But we have found that they were never going to be Baristas anyway.
Cleaning and descaling the machine is always an issue.
And like any good machine it needs to be looked after.
The taste of the coffee is not there if not cleaned thoroughly.
For looks and coffee atmosphere & culture.
