these subs are made for sound quality, they are very accuarate with all frequencies, i installed 3 of these in a small fiberglass box, and hooked it up to a esx v.800 amp took it to compitions for a year and read a 149.9 everytime. keep in mind that...

I bought this sub about a year ago, and I had an 800 pioneer hooked up to it, with a kenwood deck. It sound alright, but then i bought the pioneer 7500 deck and WOW.
I bought this sub on a carryover sale from an AUTHORIZED Audiobahn store. It does bottom out but it is under powered with the amp (800 watts at 14.4 volts, my car produces about 13.8) so i'm guessing it is getting only 650 watts.

The sound quality is awesome, bass so low you can't hear it but you can sure as hell feel it.

These are the first subwoofers that I have ever bought. I got them for 109$ from a local place. I have had them for about 5 months now and they have given me nothing but joy. I have had them pushed at 750 watts but here recently I decided to purchase a Lanzar Vibe1200D and wow. I have built a ported box for it and my one subwoofer compares or beats everyone around.

A subwoofer. if you are trying to decide weither or not to buy these, think abot this carefully.....do you ant high SPL and great sound quality on top of awsome style along-side a highly respected brand in car audio.....all this on-top-of the great price this is the perfect subwoofer!!! I had 2 Jl 15w3 subwoofers, and i sold them and got 2 audiobahn alum12's and they totally blew the JL's out of the water. it opened up a totally new world of bass to me. the JL's sounded got with high and normal bass, but the audiobahn 12's sounded awsome with every kind of bass i could throw at it. after i found out how awsome they were, bought 4 more. now i dont have to worry about people bumming rides from me because my bass is sooooooooo loud!!!!
