Pros: Good if you are looking to get more fiber into your diet.
Cons: Strong wheat taste, high sodium levels.
Summary: I am not a really big fan of pancakes, but have discovered that they are a great way to consume frozen fruit and tend to be filling fair if made with light oil in a non-stick griddle.I don't think anyone thinks of pancakes as healthy food though ... read more
