My daughter has pretty bad eczema. On her legs ,her hands, and other places on her body. The eczema reacted really badly when i used baby bubblebath. I stopped using the bubblebath and used this cream all over her body. Her eczema cleared up after a couple of weeks and has not returned. I also recommend Aveeno oatmeal bath for bad eczema outbreaks. The soap is really mild too. I would recommend this product line for any child who has sensitive skin.
