Before I get into reviewing this actual product, I thought I'd answer a question that those who don't already use lip liner might have. And, yes, I've been asked this before ... I'm not just adding it in to see myself type! *lol*

Avon's Perfect Wear " Mauve" Lip Liner is the perfect addition to its Hydra Finish "Luscious" Lipstick. I purchased both of these together and will be writing two separate but complimentary epinions on the two products.
