Pros: Long wearing. Aggressive tread good for inclement weather...yet smooth enough for the highway. Cons: A bit pricey. A little louder than "city tires", especially under-inflated.
Summary: On May 22, 2001 Ford announced that it will replace all 15", 16", 17" Firestone Wilderness AT tires on 13 million vehicles. Herewith, I'm specifically referring to the 235/75 R 15's mounted on my wife's '98 Explorer XLT.

Summary: Time for an update, new truck 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab Deisel 4x4 all nice and loaded. This time, no such good luck but it's not entirely BFG's fault. I've got just shy of 18,000 miles on the truck and put these on at about 1000 miles. I'm the ... read more

Pros: Good for non off-roader Cons: Worthless on the trail
Summary: Let's start by defining a few terms. What does "off-road" mean to you? If it means entering a grassy field to attend a dog show, this tire is for you. If it means a dry smooth dirt road, this tire is for you. If it means

Pros: Very sticky and they last freaking forever. Cons: Can't think of any. Best tires I've ever had.
Summary: I have a '94 GMC Sonoma pickup (think Chevy S10) and replaced my second set of Goodyears with BF Goodrich AT tires. What an improvement! I did this at 65,000 miles. My truck now has 170,000+ miles and the Goodrich tires finally gave up. Do the math.
