I love this racket! I am a big Andy Roddick fan and he definitely got me interested in this racket. After I tried it, I liked it even more. I feels slightly bulky when I was on the defensive because I had to have quick racket movements and that was slightly difficult. I play from the baseline and like to use topspin to keep my shots in the court, and that is the style of play that this racket is tailor made for. I was really impressed by the power boost it gave to my shots. I did miss a few groundstrokes when I first started playing with it, but now that I am used to it, I love it. You definitely have to hit with topspin or your shots will fly over the baseline, so if you are a defensive player who tries to run everything down and just get the ball back, don't buy this racket. However, if you have good control and you like to hit heavy groundstrokes from the baseline this racket is for you. It takes some getting used to, but Babolat and Andy Roddick hit a home run with the Pure Drive Team.

My daughter uses this racquet and she has some pretty intense groundstrokes. It is a great all around racquet for control and power. If you use the Babolat strings and tape you'll love it even more. I wouldn't recommend this racquet for beginners because of the problem with power control. You'll hit out a lot if you can't get a quick top spin on the ball because this racquet response is super fast. I wouldn't put a dampener on either because you really need to feel the ball on contact for this racquet especially.
