Pros: Fun, quick and easy.

Pros: Great breakfast while it's working right.
Cons: Breaks too often and customer service is way too slow.
Summary: Got this last Christmas...loved it from the get go. Cooks everything very well. They give you a small spoon with the unit to get the right water amount in the steamer. We lost that and were able to use a spoon but we had to learn how much to put in it.
