Pros: Does wear off and there's the typical crash, but you can take it again.
Cons: It also doesn't cause loss of appetite like similar products. I'd recommend this to anyone...
Summary: I have chronic fatigue and this is the only thing that has ever helped me. I used to buy it at Walmart, but ours no longer carries it either, so I buy it through amazon.com Gives a great boost.

Summary: Basically it is probably the caffeine (says "standardized to 220mg caffeine") rather than any of the herbs, but it does work. Now, is this stuff harmful? I don't know. I wish I could tell you but the FDA does not regulate herbs and this has a lot of
