Pros: Can be worn as a liner or shadow and wet or dry; versatile; beautiful shades Cons: Doesn't wear quite as well as pencil or liquid liners; easy to spill
The first time I discovered Bare Escentuals several years ago, I felt like a kid in a candy store. I was intrigued and excited about products I had never dreamed of - Warmth, Glee, and pots of loose eyeshadow in colors you just can't ...
Pros: All natural, no chemicals, additives, dyes or preservatives. Cons: Just takes a little practice applying!
I have become totally addicted to the Bare Escentuals line of products. I can't wait to try a new one or even a new shade of eye shadow, blush or eye liner. There are so many shades available and all of them are beautiful. Nobody can have ...
Pros: Lots of pigment, stays put, lasts forever Cons: Takes lots of practice to get it right
We've all seen the info-mercials. You know what I'm talking about; you're bored, there's nothing on TV, and then you stumble across a commercial promising a pure, clean make-up that is good for your skin and can transform you. Or you see the same pitch on ...
Pros: Enough product to last forever & ever. Great brush! Cons: Messy Messy Messy
Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Liner Shadow: Kinda sorta like it. Kinda sorta don’t. The President of Bare Escentuals is Leslie Blodgett. She can be seen as a regular guest on QVC. I started using this product after seeing a demonstration on QVC by ...
Pros: Long-lasting line, great color selection, natural, non-irritating Cons: Takes a lot of practice to get it down
This is a great eyeliner product, but it takes a lot of practice. I was very frustrated the first few times I tried to use this. I originally ordered the Coffee Bean liner shadow from Bare Escentuals with a foundation starter kit. The kit came with ...
Pros: gives a sexy smokey eye look or an everyday simple look all up to you! Cons: can be messy and hard to apply, you must practice applying!
Wow, I just jumped on the bare minerals bandwagon about a year ago!! Let me tell you, I just thought it was face powders and such. No, there is all kinds of eye colors, lip glosses, and so much more. I loved the foundation (and the kabuki brush!) so ...
Pros: Stays put - achieve many different looks with one product Cons: Takes practice and some getting used to
I always had the worst luck with eyeliners. My makeup would look perfect, but within a hour or so it would start smudging and every time I blinked a little would smear off onto my brow bone. Then Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Liner/Shadow came into my ...
Pros: Yet another color to play with when you are mixing your Bare Minerals. Cons: An absolute bust as an eyeliner, wet or dry.
I bought the liner shadow planning to use it wet, but I just can't seem to get the hang of it, and I TRIED. I really wanted this to be great. My experience with Bare Minerals has been so positive in the past, that I was sure I was the problem, not the ...
Pros: Compact and easy to apply. A little goes a long way! Cons: I have none - great product! Wish I had found it sooner!
I have started by using the "samples" which I have found economical as you use very little product to achieve an awesome effect. I have used the coffee bean, vine (green) and a gold shimmer. Everything you read is true. Once applied, product stays put and you may, indeed, mix/blend to achieve a yet different effect. Once on, feels light and clean. I would recommend this for any age. I am 62 (although no one believes my age) and have really great skin, no lines to speak of and I love to wear make-up, just not heavy and certainly do not want an overly made-up look - Just classy!!
I travel abroad each year for minimum of ten days with students on educational tours and I need something that will travel well and keep me looking refreshed as we keep those students on the go with us at all times. I am on the go constantly and always receive comments about how I look so stress-free when I have had so little sleep.

Pros: Stays put, doesn't fade upon application, product will last forever. Cons: Take some practice getting used to application.
I was hesitant to try the powder liner as I could not imagine powdered eyeliner not looking "diluted" when applied, but $12 seemed like a pretty small price to try it.
I decided to try my first application of this product at night to see how it would work and what amount of time it was going to take. My first attempt was a dismal failure. I used too much product and it looked really bad. I washed it off and began again, this time using my liner brush on only the very small trace of product in the lid and not dipping my brush directly into the power. It worked beautifully! To my dismay, the product was still on my eyes the next morning,
I really love this stuff. I'm so used to my eyeliner smudging and ending up under my eyes in a "raccoon" affect. This stuff stays put...period!
The jar is small, but the amount you need use is so little thatI can see it lasting for my lifetime, if I don't spill it.
