Pros: Great optics for the price, the coating work great for astronomy.
Cons: Take care not to drop them or you can knock them out of alignment.

These binoculars came into my life a few weeks ago. They are the third pair of Barskas I own. I also have the 15x70, which i gave to my father-in-law when I purchased this pair. I also have a pair of x-trails 10x50's I keep in the car.
I bought these at Big-5 sporting goods when I saw a sign that said $250 reduced to $79.95. I have done a lot of checking on binoculars both on the internet and in person. I work hard for my money so I do not part with it easily. I wasn't hard to let go of my eighty bucks when I saw these. Don't get me wrong I know these are not of the quality of some of the binoc's on the market but from my experience they are well worth the money.
I added to that purchase an Optavian tripod (which had the Barska name on it) for $59.95 also from Big 5 and I am in "Hog Heaven".
