I just bought a 1999 bayliner 195. It has one of the best smooth rides of any vessel I have ever been on. It has alot of extra things, I'd highly recommend the bimini top, swim platform.

Pros: Good speed, good power for pulling, great looks, lots of room, great gas mileage.
Cons: Not the quietest boat motor, the ice box sweats and drips on your feet.

This is an awesome boat. It has everything you could want for a great price. It isn't a race boat by any means but mine will do 43 mph (GPS) with 4 adults, 38-40 mph with 7 adults. It pulls a skier or wakeboarder out of the water just fine regardless of how many are in the boat.

If you are a small family with a couple of kids like me it's just perfect for day trips, snap down a bow cover and you have a great playhouse for them to take naps in.

Incredibly easy to load and unload, no tricks just back it in the water and enjoy your day.

One of the nicest things in todays age is you can go forever and not use hardly any gasoline (3.0 liter 4 cyl.). I have taken it out for full weekends of skiing and boating around and have yet to put more than 12.5 gallons of gas into it when I get home.

Lastly, It's a sweet looking boat! I could've spent $65,000 for a cobalt, but I think I'll use the $50,000 that I saved on college for my two kids.
