Don't ever buy a Beachcomber - they are nothing but trouble and the company will not stand behind their product. Save your money and your headaches!

I bought my beachcomber 3 years ago from pool/spa store close to me. the 530 was a great sized tub to fit in my small backyard. The tub has only had to be serviced once and that was to fix a small leak in my pump because i seal had worn down a bit. other than that, the tub has performed for me 100% for the time that i've had it. My sister had referred me to beachcomber but mentioned that she had experienced bad customer service from her dealer. I have only experienced great customer service and i actually enjoy going into my local store. they are friendly and came to my house for free when i needed the pump repair.

Great tub and great company, although because "Beachcomber" isn't a franchize, I'm guessing customer service depends on the dealer.
