Cons: Company has horrible quality, worse customer service. Does not stand behind product.

Bought one - half the electronics where stripped out when it arrived. Had to troubleshoot myself. Step arrived broken, Beachcomber sent me another one - it was broken, too. Company does not stand behind product, there is no quality of workmanship, you will be wasting your money to buy anything from Beachcomber!
